I’ve wanted a point and shoot camera for a while because I find that carrying my 5D around all the time can be a little much for everyday shooting. I recently bought a Panosonic LX3 and I’m pretty impressed. Here are a few shots.

Shot this video the same time as the Young Widows post below. The sound quality is poor because the show was really loud. I hope to shoot more video with my 5D.

Back in December I took some still photos during the filming of Arietta’s ‘Old Habits Die Young’ video. Originally I wasn’t going to post them until the video was complete, but I was given the OK to put them up. I’ll put the video up once it’s complete. For now, here are a bunch of photos.

I recently bought a 24mm f1.4L lens. I took this photo on my way to work. Shot at 1.4. I’m pretty happy with the results.

Here are a couple of photos of Young Widows when they opened for Russian Circles at Sneaky Dee’s back in December.

Back in November I went to New York with a couple of friends to see Cave In, Narrows, and Trap Them at the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn. It was a really good time. Definitely one of best shows I’ve been to in a long time. Scroll down a couple of posts to see the Trap Them photos.

So finally I got around to updating this blog. It’s already February and it’s my first post of 2010. Sad.
